Cancellations are only accepted if the item has not yet been shipped. No cancellations are accepted on orders that have already shipped.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact us at customersupport@
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed.
Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns unless you received the wrong or damaged item.
Any claims for incorrect, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
